(13) 1 bay leaf
(14) 1 teaspoon salt
(15) 1 medium chopped onion
(16) 2handful of crushed dried fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon onion paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
1/2 green cardamom
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 black cardamom
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoon fresh cream
1 handful coriander leaves
How to cook Butter Chicken
At fast we have to make a mixture with the following – mix yogurt, onion paste, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, sugar, green cardamoms, black cardamoms and mace powder. Now include bits of crude chicken in the bowl and blend well. Enable the chicken to marinate medium-term. Once the chicken is all around marinated, broil it in an oven or a broiler till its 3/4 part done.
Now set the flame as moderate and put some butter in a pan. After a few minutes, please add cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, red chillies and crushed seeds. Fry the ingredients for a few minutes and add a bit of onion, red chilli powder, coriander powder, kasoori methi powder and tomatoes in the same pan. Again fry for 5 minutes and once the thing is done pour the mixture to make a puree.
Now keep warming the rest of the butter in a pan. Include the pureed blend and heat it to the flame. Include marinated chicken pieces, salt, new cream and blend well. To ensure that the consistency isn't too thick, add some water to the blend. Presently include cut green chillies, pounded fenugreek leaves and let it stew for a couple of minutes.
